Short-let management (Airbnb) - 15% of the property rental income

• Quality toiletries, professional cleaning and laundry

Full  management  - 12%  of the property rental income

• Free re-let fee
• Free adverting on social medial and property listing websites
• Tenant referencing & credit check
• Accompanied viewings - including out-of-hours accompanied viewings
• Tenancy agreement preparation
• Collecting rent & deposit, and transferring rent to landlord
• Inventory on move-in and move-out day
• Organizing, quotes negotiation and  overseeing repair jobs.
• Organizing inspections

• tenancy renewal or amendment £50.00
• Attendance fee £30 per hour 
• Issuing legal notices £50.00
• Preparing documentations for eviction and attending court £300.00 + court fees
